📑 Assign Training: Invite New Users

You can now invite and enroll new Users directly from Assign Training, removing extra steps from the onboarding process.
When creating an assignment, select the training you want to deliver, enter Users’ email addresses, and send invitations in the same workflow. New Users are automatically invited, enrolled, and ready to start training immediately.
Prefer to plan ahead? Schedule the assignment for a future date. Invitation emails are sent automatically when the assignment becomes active, keeping onboarding perfectly timed.
Updates / Fixes
- Datatable / Grid Updates: We've updated several reports throughout the system to use a new more modern datatable. These new tables offer features like advanced sorting and filtering that weren’t available previously, and they also allow for better performance for larger sets of data. The reports updated in this release are:

- Assign Training:
- When you enter an assignment name, then change the assignment type, the name was being cleared. This has been fixed to no longer delete.
- When assigning recurring live events, the notification emails were sent 1 day later than expected, this has been fixed.
- Interactive Studio:
- Interactivity unexpectedly cleared when no 'display' time was entered.
- Hotspots were not saving without manually repositioning them.
- We've improved hotspot positioning when adding multiple hotspots to the same segment.
- SCORM Content: Replacing the SCORM Cloud Course ID with a new one will now correctly update the SCORM Course for all Users the next time they visit it. This now applies to SCORM content used at both the Course and Chapter level.
- Billing Profile: When using Stripe, you now have the option to present a coupon to Users who are attempting to cancel. This feature was previously only available when using Maxio.
- Courseware Management: When creating a new AI Scored Response question, the time limit will now be disabled by default.
