Updates / Fixes
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Fixed a few issues with 2FA where usernames unique to different accounts were used.
- Training Center: Fixed a visual bug in the Training Center where the Course progress was showing more progress than expected.
- Leaderboard: Fixed a bug where resetting the data on the leaderboard was not removing negative points as expected.
- Interactive Landing Pages: Made some security updates to public-facing pages.
- Click Agreement: Updated the click agreement to add some clarity on scrolling to the bottom before the 'agree' button can be clicked (and fixed a typo).
- Assign Training:
- Added a new toggle to show or hide IDs. This toggle is found under System Management → System Features.
- Live Event email notifications no longer send 2 emails if the assignment for the Live Event is created less than 24 hours before it begins.
- Fixed an issue where the SpeedyBot dialogue window was hidden behind the details panel in Assign Training.
- Fixed an issue where updating the Reporting Schedule was not working.
- Report Card: We've disabled the test results link for Course and Chapter types that have no assessment associated with them (such as "document download" or "simple page" or "live events"). This will help avoid any confusion about testing on those types as typically just accessing them once results in a course/chapter completion.
- Usage Report: The Location level usage report now includes the 'Assigned' data that was recently added to multi-location usage reports, which indicates whether a Course/Chapter was taken via Assignment or just on their own.
- File Vault: Fixed an issue where deleting a folder with 0 files was preventing it from being deleted.
- System Management: Fixed a typo with 2FA toggle.
- Webhooks: On sign in, when 'Require cell phone' was enabled and users entered their phone numbers, the 'update user' webhook was not triggering as expected.
- Interactive Studio: Improvements have been made for the "Call to action" interactive buttons to allow you to resize them, and the character limit on that type of button has been removed.
- Sign In Page: Fixed an issue with Users at Systems with the "Lock Username" toggle enabled. They were unable to reset their passwords via the password reset link.
- User Management: Under the Courses tab we are now showing all content as expected despite location provisioning.
- Media Library: Added a new 'SCORM' and 'AI Roleplay' tags in the media filter, view all files of those specific types.
