📑 Assign Training Templates
Assign Training now includes a powerful new enhancement: Templates. Top-level Admins can create reusable templates that preselect all required courseware, allowing Managers to assign consistent onboarding, compliance, or role-based training in just a few clicks—removing the guesswork for everyone.
This keeps training bundles consistent across teams and removes the risk of someone forgetting an important item. It also speeds up recurring tasks like onboarding and compliance updates, so Managers can spend less time rebuilding the same assignment each time.
▶️ SCORM Chapter Resume
SCORM content as a Chapter now supports resume. Learners will now return to the exact point where they stopped, even when the progress is inside the SCORM package. This makes long or multi-part SCORM chapters easier to complete and reduces repeat viewing for your users.
Updates / Fixes
- Courseware Management:
- AI SnapScribe Quiz Generation now supports AI Scored Response question types.
- Course Rankings have been improved! When new Courses are added to a Category, they will now be placed in the last position. Duplicate ranks will now correctly re-rank into a correct order (1, 2, 2, 3, 4 becomes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
- Interactive Studio: Fixed a bug where hotspots were not saving without manual repositioning them.
- Content Containers: Resolved an "oops error" showing when adding a comma list of Courses to a Content Role.
- Location Management: Newly added option for 'Date Added'.
