Why Should I Update to the New Training Center?

Updating to the latest Training Center will not only bring a sleeker and more modern visual look, but will add the benefits of a richer user experience with broader content support, newly developed features and continued technical enhancements. Getting the latest update is free and as easy as "flipping a switch".
Below, we’ll break down the key differences and highlight some core features you’ll surely want to leverage for delivering a world-class experience to your users.

When enabled, Users will hear the audio content but won't be able to view the video within the Chapters. This is useful for a focus on auditory learning, without the need to create separate media files for streaming.
Course Specific
This option proved to be very problematic as Social Media Platforms would not display the chapter, or video in any way, but merely a link to a Chapter/Page that others on the Social Media Platform couldn't view; creating a lot of confusion and frustration. A much better option is enabling the Social Sharing links that float on the left side of every screen and link to a pre-defined URL.

Note: Updated Course assets are not required and should work as expected. It is recommended however, that you review any Custom HTML content you may have added to the Course Overview, Extended Info and Summary fields.
How Do I Update?
- First, go to the Super User Dashboard
- Under the Account column, select (101) System Management
- Expand System Feature Toggles
- Look for Enable New Training Center and (if it is not already) select “Yes”
- Then head back to the Super User Dashboard
- Under Account, select Private Label Management
- Select Edit Theme under the System or individual Location Theme you want to update
- Go to the Theme Settings tab
- Select System Overrides from the left-hand menu
- Under Training Center Settings, toggle Enable New Training Center to “Yes”
- Select Save
- That’s it! Select Exit Theme and head over to the Training Center to review.
