Fill in the Blank

Fill in the Blank questions require the Learner to enter the correct response to complete the statement. We recommend entering multiple spellings of the correct answer to account for different variations and misspellings. For example {{{ Blue, blue, BLUE, blu }}}.

Answer Responses

Each question can be configured to display a Correct or Incorrect answer response. You can choose to reinforce a correct answer or help explain why an incorrect answer was selected for a particular scenario. The custom response options include:

  • Default: Displays a Correct (✅) or Incorrect (❌) graphic.
  • Text: Allows you to add a custom message using the WYSIWYG editor.
  • Video: Lets you select a video from the Media Library to autoplay when the response is triggered.
  • None: Does not show any response, leaving the Learner unsure if their answer was correct or incorrect.
