New Locations Billing Settings

Explanation of what each of the fields found under billing information when creating a new location means.

Please completely fill this information in when creating a new location. If you have any questions, contact the Billing Specialist to receive clarification.

Business Model:

• Bill per location is when the client is paying a set price for all the users in the location.
• Bill per user is used when each user is paying the set price. This is usually for B2C users who are only paying for themselves instead of a group of users.

Gross Set Up Fee: This is the price of a one time fee. It is only charged when the location or user is initially created.

Gross License Fee: This is what the client agrees to pay regularly. This is used when the fee is reoccurring or paying for a set amount of time.

License Frequency: This is how often the client is paying you. 1 is every month, 12 is once a year (every 12 months).

Begin Bill Date: This is when the client started paying. Usually this is the same day as the location or user is being created. If it is in the future, leave a note in the billing notes section notating the correct begin bill date and why it is in the future.

Contract End Date: This is an optional field.

Auto Expire box: If this is checked the location will automatically shut off on the contact end date. This only applies to the location itself. This will not deactivate a user.

Billing Notes: This is used to communicate anything special or unusual about the way this client is being billed. This can be used to communicate noteworthy information to LSVT or provide clarification on something that might not fall under your normal billing rules.
