🎨 Content Containers: Updated Look!

The Content Container management area has a brand-new look, making it easier than ever to organize and manage your content!

Additionally, as previously announced, the "Premier" Content Role has now been officially renamed to "Hidden." This update better reflects its functionality:

• Clearer Access Control: The "Hidden" role ensures content is only visible to higher-level users (Admins and Super Users). Users with access levels 4 to 6 cannot see or assign it.
• More Intuitive Naming: "Premier" suggested exclusivity, but it actually functioned as a restricted-access role. "Hidden" accurately conveys its purpose.
• Consistent User Experience: This change removes ambiguity, making it clear that content assigned this role is not visible to most users.

Updates / Fixes

• Impersonation: We have adjusted the Impersonate dropdown behavior so it checks whether or not you are signed into your Primary Location. If you are Super User'ed into a Location, it will now list the first 50 active Users at the Location, sorted alphabetically.
• File Vault: We've removed the 'Allow Manager Deactivate' option and have optimized the query to open a large list of Locations more quickly.
• [405] Multi-Location Usage Report: Fixed an issue where if Location Provisioning has been disabled, then a Super User C cannot see any content available on this report.
• User Management: Changing a User to SUB will now correctly update their privileges.
• Main Menu: We fixed an issue where “My Recent Training” was showing incorrect progress for Document Chapter types.
• Interactive Studio: Fixed an issue where changing from an m3u8 to mp4 was not working as expected.
• Courseware Management:
  • Fixed an issue where duplicating a SCORM Course did not include the associated SCORM Cloud ID.
  • Fixed a bug where you could not set a Live Event Course to begin at 12 noon.
• Course Activation: We have improved the process to drastically reduce the time it takes to complete.
• Assign Training:
  • You can now sort the data tables by what is selected/assigned, making it easier to find things.
  • We’ve updated the time selection for sending Notifications. If it's set to go out the same day, there is a new default option to send immediately – so if you create it at 2:05 pm you don't have to search for 3pm anymore, you can select immediately. It should then trigger within 5-10 minutes after saving.
