At LightSpeed VT, we take the privacy, security, and ownership of customer information seriously. AI Roleplay Studio is designed to protect the content and information customers create, upload, and submit through the service.
Your Content Stays Private
Client environments are logically separated. Content created or submitted by one client is not made available to other clients. Access is limited to authorized users, LightSpeed VT personnel, and service providers who require access to provide, secure, support, or maintain the service.
AI Roleplay Studio data is stored and processed using secured cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure and authorized technology providers acting on our behalf.
Conversation Data and Logging
AI Roleplay Studio may process and log roleplay conversations, prompts, transcripts, audio or voice interactions, AI-generated responses, scores, feedback, and related usage information. This information is processed as necessary to provide the service, generate feedback and scoring, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, investigate misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Sensitive Information
Users should not submit Social Security numbers, payment card information, account passwords, protected health information, or other highly sensitive or regulated information unless the customer has specifically authorized such use and confirmed that appropriate safeguards are in place.
Customer Data Is Not Used to Train Public AI Models
LightSpeed VT does not use customer content, roleplay conversations, or interaction data to train publicly available AI models. Our technology providers are contractually restricted from using customer data to train public or shared AI models except where expressly authorized by the customer.
Your Content and Intellectual Property
As between LightSpeed VT and the customer, the customer retains all ownership rights it has in the training content, scripts, prompts, characters, roleplay designs, and other materials the customer submits to AI Roleplay Studio.
LightSpeed VT processes and uses customer content only as necessary to provide, support, secure, and maintain the service, as otherwise directed by the customer, or as required by law.
Security
AI Roleplay Studio uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information. These safeguards include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, activity logging, and restrictions limiting access to authorized personnel and service providers.
No system can guarantee absolute security, but LightSpeed VT works to maintain safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed.
Data Retention and Deletion
AI Roleplay Studio data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, satisfy customer requirements, maintain security and business records, and comply with legal obligations. Data may remain in secure backups for a limited period after deletion.
Customers may contact LightSpeed VT regarding available data-access, export, or deletion options.
