Track the results of your AI Roleplay across your entire organization. This guide shows you how to export the Roleplay Analytics package from Roleplay Studio, upload it to LightSpeed VT, and access it as a standalone course—all in just a few steps.
LightSpeed Reporting vs. AI Roleplay Reporting
Because AI Roleplays are delivered as SCORM packages, reporting is split between two systems. LightSpeed VT captures standard SCORM metrics—pass/fail status and score—just like any other SCORM course. However, the richer analytics specific to AI Roleplay (such as session counts, average scores across users, conversation-level feedback, and more) are tracked by AI Roleplay Studio.
To give administrators and managers access to that deeper data without leaving LightSpeed VT, AI Roleplay Studio offers an exportable Tools package—a special SCORM course that surfaces its full analytics dashboard directly inside your Training Center.
Why It's Useful
The Roleplay Analytics Tools package gives administrators and managers a centralized view of AI Roleplay results across all users—right inside LightSpeed VT. No separate dashboard login required. Results are scoped automatically based on your role, so Admins see everything and Managers see their teams.
How to Access Roleplay Analytics
1. Export the Tools Package from Roleplay Studio
- Log in to Roleplay Studio.
- Select Company Settings in the lower-left corner.
- Click Exports in the top navigation.
- Locate the Tools package and export it as a SCORM file.
Note: The iframe option is not supported at this time. Use the SCORM export only.
2. Upload to LightSpeed VT
- Sign in to LightSpeed VT.
- Navigate to the Media Library, switch to the appropriate client system, and upload the ZIP file you downloaded.
3. Create the Analytics Course
- Open Courseware MGMT and switch to the Courseware tab.
- Create a new SCORM Course or Chapter using the uploaded Tools package.
- Set the Course or Chapter to Admin Only so it remains visible only to those who need it.
4. Access Your Analytics
- Navigate to your Training Center and open the Analytics course.
- As a Top Admin, you will see results for all Managers and Users.
- As a Manager, you can filter results by team—though this requires additional configuration.
