Best Practices

Use real source material

The Wizard is designed to analyze a wide range of inputs and turn them into structured learning paths. Upload transcripts, notes, slide decks, documents, or long-form content that captures the expertise you want to teach.

Be specific about the learner and outcome

Clear direction helps the Wizard produce stronger results. Define who the training is for and what they should be able to do after completing it.

Example:

Create training for new sales managers who need to coach reps through their first 30 days. The goal is to help managers run better one-on-ones, identify coaching opportunities, and improve team accountability.

Customize the Style of Voice

Use the Style of Voice field to shape how your training sounds. This ensures consistency across courses and alignment with your brand or Subject Matter Expert.

Include guidance such as:

  • Tone and energy level
  • Teaching style
  • Sentence structure
  • Common phrases
  • Words to avoid
  • Audience expectations

Example:

Write in a confident, direct, and encouraging voice. Keep the tone practical and conversational. Use short sentences and clear examples. Focus on action and avoid corporate jargon.

Generate a stronger Style of Voice prompt with AI

Use ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI tool to build a detailed Style of Voice prompt.

Try this:

Analyze the writing style below and create a Style of Voice guide I can use to generate training content in the same voice. Include tone, sentence structure, vocabulary, pacing, teaching style, phrases to use, and phrases to avoid.

Then paste examples from your brand, Subject Matter Expert, or existing training content.

Review before producing

The Wizard provides a strong strategic draft. Review the outline, structure, and scripts before recording or building your course to ensure accuracy and clarity.
