As a Super User, there are a couple different areas where you can reset passwords:
From the Super User Dashboard click on “Manage Users” or from anywhere in your Training Center, click on the slider menu to the right, select Management Tools, then “Manage Users”
Note: Since Managers don’t have access to the super user dashboard, they’ll only be able to manage users using the second approach mentioned above.
Next, search for the user from the active users pull down menu or by their first name, last name, email, etc.
Enter the new value for the password and confirm the new password.
Scroll to the very bottom – here you can force the user to update their password upon logging in if the box next to “Do Not Force Password Update” is left unchecked and then click the Update Account button when finished.
