Article Summary

If you have multiple profiles associated with the same email address – in one Location or across many within a System – you can select your profile to easily switch to another account.

Simply click on your Profile icon at the top of the screen and select the account you wish to switch to.

If you’re on a mobile device, you can access your Accounts by selecting the Slider Menu icon at the top right, then My Account > Switch Accounts.

If you have multiple accounts under one email and you do not see the options to Switch Accounts, please contact Client Care to enable this feature in your System.

Signing In to Multiple Accounts with the Same Credentials

If you have multiple accounts and would like to select which one to sign into from your Sign In Page, simply use one of the offered social login options.

Click on the Google, Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn icon to use one of those sites as your sign in authentication, and then after setting it up initially, you will be able to select which account you would like to sign into.

You will only need to set this up once, and then each time you return to the sign in page, select the social login of your choice to return to the menu to select which account you want to access.

Please note, there is additional security in place that disables account switching when impersonating a user. This is so that you cannot access additional accounts that a User has access to.
