Ready to start? Follow these simple steps to auto-generate captions for your videos using AI SnapScribe:

• Upload your videos to the Media Library and wait for them to finish encoding. This ensures your video is ready for captioning.

• Select a video from your Media Library that you'd like to add captions to.

• In the video’s details panel, select the "Captions" tab.

• To add captions, click on the "Auto-Generate" button. This will kickstart the AI SnapScribe tool to create captions based on the video’s audio.

• Depending on the length of your video, this process may take a minute or two. Don’t worry though, we’ll notify you via email once your captions are ready!

• Once the captions are generated, you can review and edit them directly in the Captions tab to ensure accuracy or make any adjustments as needed.

That’s it! Your captions are now ready. Make sure to add them in Courseware Management or wherever else you’re embedding the video to ensure they appear during playback.
