👁️ New Multi-Location Watchdog for Assignments

You can now create Watchdog reports for one or more assignments across multiple Locations in your VT System.

Choose daily, weekly, or monthly frequency, and get a clear view of assignment activity in a single report. This gives you more flexibility and visibility when managing distributed teams.

🧠 Smarter Assigned Training Navigation

When a user begins an assignment and completes the first Course, clicking “Next Course” now takes them to the next Course in the assignment, not just the next Course in the same Category.

This update helps guide users through the intended learning path, especially when the assignment includes Courses from different Categories. It keeps learners focused and eliminates the need to return to the assignment page after each Course.

Updates / Fixes

• Assign Training:
  • Fixed an issue where a Recurring Live Event date/time was not displaying correctly on the management page.
  • We removed the "Revolutions" section and hid the "Count Prior Completion" section for Live Event Assignments (as these are not relevant).
  • Fixed a bug where 'Content Role' based assignments were preventing you from editing them.
• User Management: We’ve updated the results table to be more performant and provide enhanced flexibility.
• Courseware Management:
  • Fixed an issue where the VT2Go toggle was missing from 'Hide in Root' on the newer Course Editor.
  • AI Ghostwriter received an update to its model. More power. Less gobbledygook.
