Hello Everyone and welcome to another Development update! We’re halfway through 2022 already and going strong! Check out the updates below, and look for more to come!

The Leaderboard

• Added a NEW setting which will give you the option to exclude Users by their Access Level. Managers, for example, are not always required to participate in earning all of the Achievements, so sometimes they will show up on Leaderboard with 0 points. With this update, you’ll now be able to exclude their Access Level from displaying on the leaderboard (so it doesn’t look too bad when they’re last on the list with zero points!).
• Fixed an issue where some numbers for User ranks were displaying incorrectly.
• When creating a new Points achievement, sometimes the options could be confusing, so we’ve added a new ‘Achievement creation text’ that will automatically build out to help you understand exactly what the Achievement requirements are.

Assign Training

• We’ve made a small update to the ‘Created by’ line to now include the Date created and the Location it was created at.
• When an Assignment is set to “Auto Assign” based on content role or team, if the content role is removed or the User is removed from the team, we will now also remove the User from the Assignment.

Training Center

• For the “Sorting” and “Matching” test question types, we included instructions automatically for the User on what to do… (drag this up or down… etc.) With this update we have removed that, as now when you create test questions, the instructions are included in the test question description.
