The Multi-Location Usage Report provides data on sign in activity, training summary and training activity for all Users across multiple Locations. It can be found by going to the Super User Dashboard, and under the "400 Reports" column, selecting "405 - Multi-Location Usage Report"
The first section gives you a quick rundown of the following:
- Total Locations: This is the total number Locations selected.
- Total Users: This is the total number Users across all selected Locations.
- Total Sign Ins: This is the total number of sign ins, and takes into account Users who have signed in multiple times.
- Unique Sign Ins: This is the most accurate measurement of individual Users that have signed in during the selected time-frame, from all Locations.
- Passing Percentage: This is the percent of Users that passed their training.
The next three sections provide you with pie charts and line graphs for Sign In Activity, Training Summary and Training Activity.
Selecting any of the numbers provided will give you a more in depth look. For example, if you select on the 4,107 “Unique Sign Ins” you'll get a list of all those Users who signed in.
How is Passing Precentage calculated?
We'll use the following example to understand how Passing Percentage is calculated:
- Chapter 1 has 5 test questions
- Chapter 2 has 5 test questions
Let’s say the User fails the Chapter because they got 4 out of 5 Test Questions correct. They then take the test again, and this time get 5 out of 5 correct.
The total Passing Percentage is now going to be calculated as 9 correct (questions) out of 10 possible, or 90% (previously that would be shown as a passing percentage of 50%, because they passed the Chapter once and failed once).
Then, let’s say they complete the next Chapter and they got 5 out of 5 Test Questions correct, so now their passing percentage is 93% (14 divided by 15).
