Creating assessments can be time-consuming, but with the AI Question Generator, you can automatically generate thoughtful, comprehensive questions that assess your Learners' understanding of Course video content. By using the captions from your videos, this tool helps you quickly build assessments that reflect the key concepts and information presented in your training. Learn more about it here.

Updates / Fixes

• Community: When assigning Users to groups, selecting Content Roles will now sort by ID rather than alphabetically.
• Report Cards: We've added a new 'Completed' date column on the first results screen to make it easier to quickly see when Courses were complete.
• User Management:
  • The User ID will now be included when exporting a list of Users.
  • Fixed a formatting issue with EU and other country phone numbers not appearing correctly when Users were created from a Registration form.
• Certification Report: Fixed a bug where a Certificate with a number at the beginning of the title was causing an error.
• Assign Training: You can now optionally set a date to check for prior completions. Example: If you want to count prior completions for just this past year, rather than "all time", you can now set the date back to Jan 1 instead of "all time."
• 407 - Search & Export Users: Fixed a bug where the "Vendor Unique ID" was not appearing as expected.
• Manage Teams: Improved performance when assigning over 1,000 Users to a Team at once.
• Usage Report: Added a new search/filter option when filtering by content role.
• 402 - Certification Report: Updated to now show you which Locations and Certifications were selected.
• Smart Tracker: Improved visibility of the report when a lot of Metrics and Users are listed.
• Forgot/Retrieve Password Email: Made a small update to correct the grammar used when listing account information.
• Courseware Management:
  • Fixed an issue where Summary default text was not saving as expected.
  • We’ve relocated the Assessment 'Recap' to a more logical spot next to the Questions.
  • Fixed an issue where Fill-in-the-Blank questions starting with the letter 'A' were causing problems.
