📔 SCORM Chapters

We’ve unlocked new flexibility for your training content! SCORM content can now be added directly as a Chapter. This means you can seamlessly blend SCORM modules with other materials to create a richer learning experience.

For example, start with an engaging video introduction, dive into an interactive SCORM module, and wrap up with an Assessment to test understanding. It’s a game-changer for structuring impactful and dynamic training lessons!

Updates / Fixes

• Assign Training:
  • Fixed an issue where sometimes the sign-in page linked from the email was set to an incorrect page.
  • Fixed an issue where new Users auto-assigned to an Assignment were not always getting the Assignment correctly added.
• My Notes: Fixed an issue where in some scenarios notes could not be deleted.
• Lightpad:
  • Fixed an issue where emails were being duplicated if you tried sending out another batch of emails too quickly.
  • Fixed an issue where the email "From" address was sometimes incorrectly showing LightSpeed instead of the address from your Private Labeled Theme.
• Webhooks: Approving a "User Submission" Chapter type, when it's the only remaining Chapter left in a Course, will now correctly trigger the "Course Complete" webhook if the Course is now completed based on passing that Chapter.
• Training Center:
  • Fixed an issue where Youtube videos were not working when embedded in a Document Download Chapter type.
  • Resolved an issue where the 'Hide from Search' option was not working as expected in the Training Center.
• 407 - Search & Export Users: Fixed an issue where if a Course was set to 'Hide on Reports' then it was still showing up in the results.
• New Courseware Editor:
  • Made an adjustment to fix an odd resizing issue with certain media selectors.
  • Content roles with no description were displaying 'null' in the description, this has been fixed.
• Impersonation: Exiting impersonation now returns you directly to the user's profile.
