What's New!
🎯 Assign Training by Content Roles
You can now assign training using Content Roles. Instead of picking each Course one by one, just select the Content Role—all Courses linked to it will be included automatically.
For example, if a Content Role has 20 Courses, you can assign all 20 at once. Just one-click—it's that easy!
Note: This feature is available only when Location Provisioning is turned off.
Updates / Fixes
- Auto-save Feature Fix - Input Stability Improvement: We've fixed an issue with the auto-save functionality in Velocity Courseware Management where the cursor and data would jump around while typing. This fix addresses the input slamming problem that was causing a frustrating editing experience.
- Leaderboards: Updated the 'Points Deducted' to occur every 'xx' days instead of 'every day after x days'.
- Example: If you want to deduct points from a User every 10 days for not signing in, prior to this update it was deducting points every 10, 11, 12th day... After this update, it will deduct points every 10th, 20th, 30th, etc, day.
- Webhooks: Updated 'User_Create' and 'User_Update' values to add email2 (message delivery) and billing phone number options.
- Certifications: Made an update so that selecting Courses from the modal will put them in the order they are selected, so Users will be able to train on the curriculum in the order you prefer rather than previously where it was alphabetical.
- [405] Multi-Location Content Report: Fixed an issue where the Original Completion Date was missing.
- Usage Report: Sorting by 'start' date was not working as expected, and we also added a new 'phone numbers' option to all reports.
- Callouts: Fixed some styling issues with Skylines, where the preview was not matching what was seen on the main menu.
- SCORM: In general we fixed some issues with the Courses giving credit to Users for passing correctly. We've added a 'delay' mechanism to prevent Users from leaving the scoring pages too quickly which was preventing them from receiving credit.
