As you manage your VT System and adapt to changes in your team or subscriber, you might need to remove access for certain users. While we don't offer the option to completely delete a user account to maintain data integrity, you can easily disable their access. Here's how:
- Navigate to “Manage All Users": To get started, go to the Manage All Users section within your VT System.
- Find the User: You can locate the user you wish to deactivate by searching for their name or email. Once you've found them, click on the 'Profile' icon.
- Deactivate the Account: In the user's profile, scroll down to the Account Information section. Here, you'll see the 'Active User' toggle. Simply switch it from "Yes" to "No."
- Update the Account: Don't forget to click the 'Update Account' button to save your changes.
By deactivating a user, you prevent them from logging in while keeping their historical training data intact. Additionally, deactivated users won't appear in your default Reports, although you can include them in specific reports if needed.
