Purpose and scope
Your content is yours. Any time you need it, you can download individual files from the Media Library at no charge. If you'd rather get your whole library in one go, our team can package it and send it to you through a Bulk Media Export.
This policy explains what's included in a bulk export, how much it costs, and how long it takes. It covers every LightSpeed VT client account.
What's included
Every bulk export includes your original videos, their encoded versions, captions, and a Courseware Manager export of your content.

Every export ships on a physical drive, billed at $150 handling plus the cost of the drive and shipping.
Turnaround times
Most exports are delivered within 3 to 7 business days from received payment.

All exports are delivered on a physical drive, shipped to the address you provide.
