Another easy way to Create Users is to utilize the "Invite" feature.
This is found at the top-left-hand side of the screen under Create User. You can also access it from the Super User Dashboard under [201] Create New Users:
First navigate to the Location where you want to add Users – you can do this through Location Management, searching for the Location, and selecting it.
Next open the Create User screen, and then select Send Invites
On this screen, simply enter a list of email addresses for the Users who you want to invite to your platform. You’ll want to separate them with a comma – with no spaces – like this:
luke.skywalker@theforce.org,leia.organa@aldereen.gov,han.solo@smugglersden.biz
Next, select which Access Level they should be, and then select which Content Roles they should have when they sign in.
And it’s that easy! The next thing that will happen is they’ll receive an email:
When they click on Accept my Invitation they’ll be dropped on this super simple enrollment form:
After that – they’ll be redirected right into your System instantly! Give it a try!
