Hello everyone and welcome to another update from the Development team! Halloween is this weekend… but we’re more excited for November, which is Dentist Appreciation month! Fun fact: they fully endorse eating copious amounts of candy during this holiday, for some reason…
We have a big list of updates and fixes for you today, in no particular order…
- We’ve added the “Switch Account” feature to the slider menu so it can be available on mobile devices or smaller screens. Switching accounts is typically used by users with multiple accounts associated with the same email address. Read more about it here!
- Assign Training: We made an update where if a User is added to an existing Assignment, we will now correctly send them the initial email to let them know they have a new assignment.
- We’ve updated the frequency with which we send out “Assigned Training” Emails – an increase from every 15 minutes to every 5 minutes.
- 402 – Certification Report – “Quality of life” updates…
- When running the report with either of the first two “Percentage” options, we now output the list of Location names separate from their Location ID, making it in-line with other reports.
- When running the report with “All” Locations, and multiple Certificates – we will no longer show “0% [ 0 of 0]” in the field if the Certificate is not assigned to Users at the Location – to make it easier to clearly find the data is that you’re looking for.
- Location Level Usage Report…
- Fixed an issue where the report was throwing an error when using Arabic as your chosen language.
- Fixed an issue where the columns to “show / hide” were not showing correctly.
- Courseware Management…
- We’ve updated the ‘duplicate’ process to no longer duplicate deleted content.
- We found it was confusing to see the term “Assign” when adding content to a Category and also when publishing Courses. As a result, we’ve re-labeled these to “Category Content” and in the Courses section, “Publish.”
- When creating or editing a Chapter, we’ve moved the “Show default buttons” toggle to the “Summary” page as it made more sense to be there.
- 401 – Content Report – Fixed an issue where if you selected “all locations” versus leaving the field blank, the data was coming back with different results.
That’s it for this update – we hope everyone has a safe and wonderful Halloween!
