Force Training Completion

Article summary

As an admin, you have the ability to “force” the completion of training for all – or specific Users – within your System.

To do this for just one User or multiple Users at a single Location, continue reading. If you'd like to perform this action with many multiple Users across different Locations, scroll down to the "Bulk" instructions below.

First, navigate to the location where the user’s account is located, then click on the Super User Dashboard icon and select “Force Training Completion [205]”

New: You now have the ability to specify which Locations to complete training for Users on. Previously you had to navigate to each Location to do this.

On the next screen you’ll be asked to choose whether you want to force training completion on all or select individuals. In this example, we are looking at just one specific user.

Click Next and select the course(s) that you want to apply.

And choose wether you want to Force Completion on all Chapters or individual Chapters from the selected Courses.

Lastly, confirm your selections, click on the Complete Training button, and you’re done!

Note: This feature only works on "Active" Users and will not complete for "Inactive" Users.

"Bulk" Force Training Completion

To "Force Training Completion" for a large number of Users, navigate to 105 Webhooks, then click on the "More" section, then Utilities and then "Force Training Completion".

You can fill out the CSV form in several ways that suit you best - but it needs to include the username or ID, and the list of Courses or Chapters:

Location ID, Username - both are required if User ID is not set (can be empty if User ID is set)
User ID - can be empty if Location ID and Username are set
Course IDs - comma-separated Course IDs list (can be empty if Chapter IDs is set),
Chapter IDs - comma-separated Chapter IDs list (can be empty if Course IDs is set),
Completion Date - any correct date format can be used, if it is empty then current date is used
