LightSpeed VT is already integrated with Maxio’s API’s making it a “ready to go” solution for recurring billing for your customers. LSVT can help get you set up on our “umbrella” account so that it makes the setup process even quicker.

You will be provided a credential to sign in to your Maxio account and “manage” your products and customers subscriptions.

The LSVT Client Care team will do the needed configuration to get your Maxio account talking to your VT System so that when a user makes a purchase, the appropriate privileges and account information is all set up.

What LSVT Needs to Get You Set Up

If you purchased one of our four packages, then we’ll set up your Maxio account along with your first five products, content roles and access levels, learn more about our packages here. We’ll need these three pieces of information in order to get the process started.

  1. Who will you be selling to?
    Will your set up be geared towards B2B, B2C or both?
  2. Product details and Pricing Options.
    What course(s) are included with each product or package. What are the price points for each product or package and what are the payment options (monthly / annual / one-time). Click HERE to see an example.
  3. What payment gateway will you be using?
    We currently support Stripe, Authorize.net and Braintree.

Merchant Account Information:

Please note that your authorized payment gateway must be supported by Maxio as well as your merchant account. If you do not have a merchant account, Maxio has US and Canada options through Merchant Focus that can be found here (further down the page).

Once LightSpeed VT receives this information, our System Architecture department will be able to move forward on Maxio integration with the platform.

Stripe Account Information:

If you’re using Stripe as your payment gateway, LightSpeed VT will need your username and password in order to connect your Stripe account with your Maxio account.

Authorize.net Account Information:

If you’re using Authorize.net, LightSpeed VT will need your API Login ID & Transaction Key in order to connect to Maxio.

Make sure that CIM is enabled in the Authorize.net account.

BrainTree Account Information:

If you’re using BrainTree, LightSpeed VT will need your Merchant ID, Public Key & Private Key.

After the Set Up Is Complete

After we’re done setting up your Maxio, we’ll need to create your products. To learn how to create products in Maxio, click here.
