The Certification Reports allow you to easily see a “roll up” or a summary of your certifications across many locations at the same time. Here’s a quick rundown of what each setting means:
- Select a System
- If you have more than one System this allows you to select which one to work within.
- Inactive Locations
- This allows you to include or exclude inactive locations in your search.
- Locations
- Leave blank to select ALL, or select just a few – your choice.
- Access Level
- Here you can filter your results by Access Level if you want to narrow down your results.
- Certificates
- Select up to a maximum of 5 certifications to run the report on.
- Show Report As…
- % of total users with completed certifications
- This option will give you the number and percentage of the total number of users that have completed the certification (We take the total number of users that completed it, divided by the total number assigned to it, to achieve the percentage.)
- % of total chapters completed per certification
- This option will give you the total number of Chapters completed, out of the total number of Chapters assigned. (We take the total number of Chapters completed, divided by the total number assigned, to achieve the percentage.)
- User Detail Per Location
- With this option you can enter a date range and filter the results even further. Each location will give you a detailed report on each user’s progress on the certification.
- Show Users…
- Some users are flagged to “Hide from Reports” – but here with this option you can still optionally show them on the report if desired.
- Show Access Level
- This filter will show the user’s access level on the Location or Team detail drill-down of the report
- Show “Zero Progress” in Location Detail
- This filter will show the user’s that have zero progress on the Certification in the results – on the Location or Team detail drill-down of the report.
