You can now embed videos (ILP or external videos) directly within the Test summary area to provide users additional reinforcement or congratulatory messages. Be sure to select the “</>” icon to insert your video embed code.

Now, any updates you make to the Chapter or Test Questions will automatically “Reset In Progress” data for the Chapter… Well, what does that mean?

When you use the “Reset In Progress” tool, it means you are making sure that Users who have already started the Chapter are “moved” to the beginning of the Chapter or Test – wherever they left off. This will prevent errors from occurring when a User tries to re-start the Chapter, and the System does not know where they left off (because there are now two parts, or new test questions!)

• Force Training Completion: We’ve added an update to allow you to access more Users at once, as well as including a new column that shows if the User is “Active” or “Inactive” for easier filtering.
• Training Center: We fixed an issue where a “User Completed this Section” command was being sent multiple times by mistake, which sometimes caused the User to receive an error.

Passing Percentage Update!

We think this will be a great update to better gauge how well your Users are doing within your System. The “Passing Percentage” can be found in many areas of the platform – the Usage Report, the Certification report, and more.

For this update, we’re now going to consider the number of Test Questions a Chapter has, and how many the User has passed, to determine the Passing Percentage.
