📨 Email Authentication

We've added a new integration tool that will allow you to authenticate your domain name for email use. Doing this is optional, but it will help both receiving email servers and human recipients to be more likely to trust the legitimacy of your messages, which means you're more likely to reach an inbox than a spam folder.

Updates / Fixes

• Location Settings: Fixed an issue where Access Level 3 and 4 were receiving an error when modifying settings.
• Assign Training:
  • When 'Prior Completions' were set to 'Yes', Users who had previously completed the content were still receiving a 'Your Assignment is Past Due' email message. This has been fixed.
  • Fixed an issue where some emails were not sending correctly when there was a comma in the Location name.
• Usage Report: Fixed a bug where an error occurred when selecting a User's profile.
• Watchdogs - Certifications: Fixed a typo! Yay!
• Interactive Landing Pages:
  • Fixed some issues when using portrait orientation videos when also requiring an email.
  • Made some adjustments to landscape and theater mode when playing video on mobile devices.
• Courseware Management:
  • When 'Multiple Answers Required' was used, the individual answer responses were not working as expected. We've made some adjustments so now those will work properly.
  • Made an update to allow you to add and select Caption files that were already uploaded to your Media Library (Previously these were uploaded directly from your hard drive.)
• Community:
  • We've added the ability to filter your feed based on a date range. This can be helpful for those that want to look for specific comments during one Month, for example.
  • We've hidden the word 'public' when making new posts, as this was confusing (LightSpeed VT Communities are all 'private' to the specific System and Locations that you configure it for, nobody outside of that can view or access your Community.)
• Test Questions: We've made an update to the 'Fill in the blank' test question type, so now the available space to enter your answer in the field will be the same size as the largest answers (for example, if your answer can be "3 or "Three", the field will now properly be 5 characters long to accommodate the word "Three".
