This report provides you data on sign in activity, training summary and training activity. It can be found by clicking on the slide out menu then selecting “Reports” then “Usage Report”.
It can also be found in the “Super User Dashboard” under the “Reports” column.
The first section gives you a quick rundown of unique sign ins, total sign ins and passing percentage.
- Unique Sign Ins: This is the amount of users that sign in.
- Total Sign Ins: This is the total amount of sign ins, this takes into account users that signed in multiple times.
- Passing Percentage: This is the percent of users that passed their training.
New!! The Passing Percentage Calculation has been updated as of late August – please read further for details.
Here is an example of the new Passing Percentage calculation:
Chapter 1 has 5 test questions
Chapter 2 has 5 test questions
Let’s say the User fails the Chapter because they got 4 out of 5 Test Questions correct. They then take the test again, and this time get 5 out of 5 correct.
The total Passing Percentage is now going to be calculated as 9 correct (questions) out of 10 possible, or 90% (previously that would be shown as a passing percentage of 50%, because they passed the Chapter once and failed once).
Then, let’s say they complete the next Chapter and they got 5 out of 5 Test Questions correct, so now their passing percentage is 93% (14 divided by 15)
So with this update coming soon, we are no longer going to penalize Users for simply missing 1 Question and failing. Please feel free to contact us with any questions!
The next three sections provide you with pie charts and line graphs on sign in activity, training summary and training activity.
You can also click on any of the numbers provided and the system will give you a more in depth look. For example, if you click on the 45 under “Unique Sign Ins” you will get a list of users that signed in.
