Scheduled Maintenance

A few small updates this week to mention:
Watchdog reports
We made an update to now be able to push out the reports to as many users as desired. How to access this new ability is by going to any of the Watchdog reports, and then click the “Settings” tab; you can now click a newly added “Add New” button and add as many email address (or SMS TXT recipients) as desired. Prior, there was a limit of 10.
API Update for Single Sign On customers
A new API Method was added recently to allow clients who utilize SSO to create users with a “locked” username – meaning they can update their Password, but not their Username. This allows the client to maintain a standard username (which means better tracking and reporting in their CRM) for their users while at the same time giving them the freedom to change their password.
