Hello everyone and welcome to another update from the Development team! Try not to “Fall” in love with the new changes! Ha ha… get it – Fall? Because it’s October… Ok on with the updates!

Assign Training

We’ve added a new quick link to the Assign Training section to the top navigation area! Access this popular feature more quickly than ever!

Impersonation Update

When you access a Location through Location Management – now when you click on the Impersonate icon in the header, the list of available Users to impersonate will be limited to only Users at that Location! This will greatly reduce the load time when using this feature.

Courseware Management

New “WYSIWYG” (What you see is what you get) for recaps! Previously, recaps could either be a video file or a custom html link… Now you can enter any text you’d like more easily than ever.

Timed Training

New addition to the Location level Usage Report. Run the Usage report and click on the training activity area to see how long each of your User’s have trained. This should be a great addition to keeping your Users accountable and using your VT System!

Featured Cats

We’re adding a new menu link to “Cat of the Month” where Users can view pictures of their favorite feline of the month – you cannot opt out of this, unfortunately – so enjoy the cat pictures!

• Assigned Training: If you create an assignment and assign it to a Team or a specific Content Sign in Page Management: we fixed an issue where you could not select an email template theme as expected… leading to errors making changes.
• Course Activation Tool: We’ve added a new “vendor unique id” column for easier filtering.
• Localization: We added Localization support for several new pages on the platform that are ready to be updated for all languages.
• Fixed a bug with deleting test questions.
• Fixed a bug where dogs were shown in a better light than cats.
