Hello Everyone and welcome to another development update!

407 – Search and Export Users

We’ve added new options that you can include when running your report (for those of you that utilize the Leaderboard). You can now include your User’s total Points, number of Badges and their current Rank!

• Assign Training:
  • When a Location is made inactive, we will now deactivate all active Assignments, so no further reporting or ‘assignment due’ emails are sent out.
  • Report email update – Initial email – We will no longer send the report email immediately on Day 1 – this report contains no data anyway. From now on, Users who select the ‘Daily’ report updates will receive the first email the morning after the assignment as created.
  • Report email update – Final email – Similar to the update above, the “final” report email was being sent on the morning that the assignment was due. This means that Users who still had the entire day to complete the assignment were not showing up as having completed it on the “final” report. The final report will now be sent the next day (around 1-2 am pacific).
  • The “Delete” option has returned, and the Archive feature has been updated. Now, if you created the assignment, you can Archive or Delete it yourself.
• Auto Email on User Creation: fixed an issue where the “immediate” email template was slightly different than when admins would choose to send out the email on a delay.
