The AI automatically uses your Category or Course title and description to create the images. You can also add your own instructions to creatively steer the results.

## How to Generate Thumbnails

1. **Open Courseware Manager**

Select the **Category** or **Course** you want to update.
2. **Go to the Display Section**

Click the **Generate Image** button.
3. **Describe Your Image**

By default, the AI uses your Category or Course title and description. You can also provide more details to guide the results. Examples:
  - “Professionals in a modern office, bright and polished look.”
  - “Retro 1980s monster-movie poster with neon colors.”
4. **Choose a Style**
  - **Auto**: AI selects the best fit
  - **General**: Works for most training needs
  - **Realistic**: Lifelike photography with natural lighting
  - **Design**: Bold illustrations, abstract art, or vector-style graphics
5. **Review the Results**

The AI creates two options. Pick your favorite, or refine your prompt (for example, add “no text” for a clean design).
6. **Apply Your Thumbnail**

Click **I’ll use it** to set your new image.
