Course Revolutions

This feature enhances the flexibility and depth of your training programs by allowing Courses to be required to be taken multiple times for full completion credit. Here's a quick guide on how to enable and use the Revolutions feature.

What is the Revolutions Feature?

The Revolutions feature allows admins to set specific Courses to be required multiple times before a learner can receive full completion credit. This is particularly useful for Courses that benefit from repeated exposure, such as compliance training, safety protocols, or any material where reinforcement is critical.

How to Enable the Revolutions Feature

Before you can set individual Courses to require multiple completions, the Revolutions feature must be enabled within the System Management settings. Follow these steps to activate it:

1. Navigate to the Super User Dashboard and select "System Management"

• Use your administrator credentials to access the dashboard.

2. Enable Revolutions:

• Within the System Management settings section, find the Revolutions setting.
• Toggle the setting to Enable the feature.

Setting Up Revolutions for Individual Courses

Once the Revolutions feature is enabled at the system level, you can configure the number of required completions for each Course. Here’s how:

1. Access the Courseware Management Section:

• From the Super User Dashboard select "Courseware Management"

2. Search for and Select the Desired Course:

• Choose the Course you want to set multiple completions for.

3. Configure Revolutions:

• In the settings section, find the Revolutions option.
• Set the number of required completions. For example, if you set it to 3, learners will need to complete the course three times to receive full credit.

4. Save the Settings:

• Ensure you save your changes to apply the new setting.

How Does It Work for Learners?

When a Course is set with multiple revolutions, learners will see the required number of completions on their course dashboard. They must complete the course the specified number of times to achieve full completion status. Each completion will be tracked and displayed, ensuring clear progress monitoring.

Can I set different revolution requirements for different user groups?
Currently, the Revolutions feature applies the same requirement to all users enrolled in the course. Custom group settings are not available yet.

Will the system notify learners of their required completions?
Yes, learners will clearly see within the Training Center on the Course screen reminders about their required Course completions.

Can I track the progress of learners with revolutions?
Absolutely. You can monitor Revolution progress within the User's Report Card.
