These updates have a bright acidity and just a touch of natural sweetness, and with its lively flavor, we think it’s the perfect thing to jump start your day.

Assign Training – Lots of updates!

• We’ve temporarily removed the “delete” option due to sticky fingers. Archive is still available to top admins. The Delete and Archive options will be re-worked and come back again in about 2-3 weeks.
• Premium Courses tab – this has been renamed to “Provided Courseware” as this is a better label for what it really represents. This is so you can easily find and assign Courses that are your own, or that are provided from a purchase. This tab is now correctly hidden if there are no provided Courses in your Training Center.
• Updated the Courses pop-up to include the Category name, and changed the “sort order” to pull them by “rank” of the Category – this way it mimics exactly how the content would appear to you in the Training Center.
• We will no longer show the “Linked Course” Course type as an option to be assigned, as that is not something Users can complete.
• If a user is assigned to an assignment and is made inactive, we are now removing them from the list of users assigned to the assignment.
• If a user goes inactive in the middle of an assignment, we no longer will send that user reminder emails to complete the assignment.

NEW FEATURE – Auto-assign: As an Admin/Overseer you can now set up an Assignment for specific groups of Users that can be “auto assigned” as they are added to the System.

For example, you can create an assignment called “Onboarding” which you would then assign to the Content Role “New Hire”. As new Users are created and given that Content Role, they would automatically receive the assignment “Onboarding”.

• Email Unsubscribes: The email unsubscribe tool was not working, and now is again. It’s magic! (Cue music – The Final Countdown…)
• File Vault: We’ve added the ability to allow a ‘file’ to be a URL / Link – so you can add links to Youtube videos or other resources
